Episode 9

This week we are joined by my fam, my cousin, Crystal Johnson. Crystal, originally from the Chicagoland Area, made her way to Georgia to attend Spelman College and since graduating has basically made Georgia her home(minus a short Teach for America stint in Miami).  Now working towards her Master's Degree, Crystal looks to aid others and serve this world through bein many things including a therapist. 

Crystal takes a focus this week to discuss healthy and intentional vulnerability and talks about the need to sift through your mess while also understanding the who and how to do this.  Crystal might have been my family for years on years and after you listen to this episode, you are going to want to be connected with her as well.
