This dedication of the Civil War Veteran James A. Hard collection was held at the Parma Hilton Historical Society Museum on Sunday April 19th, 2026. Town of Parma and Village of Hilton Historian Dave Crumb, leads the dedication by sharing the story of how PHHS was the honored recipient to display the collection.
