I caught up with the ever-so talented SK808. A native of the Westside of Atlanta, SK8 chopped it up with me about his musical background and how he became so infatuated with music. He touched on the importance of being humble enough to stay down to Earth and making connections within the game to not only help himself grow, but to help others as well.

In this episode, I chopped it up with DJ Hill who is the defensive coordinator at Stockbridge High School (GA). We talked about the special group of guys he coached this past season that are going off to college, as well as the special group of guys that are coming back for another season. I also got him to talk about his playing career at Newton High School and the University of Virginia, and how he took some of what he learned as a player to the sideline as a coach. I went to Newton High School (Covington, GA) to talk to Gardner-Webb signee, Diondre Glover, and Michigan State signee, Keyshawn Blackstock. They talked about their journey from high school to junior college in Kansas, and the impact some of the coaches and their unique route had on their life. Good luck to these two young men as they open up a new chapter in what should be successful collegiate football careers!

I pulled up on Louie, Sed, and Destyn to chop it up about their journey in music and how they have grown since starting as kids. They went into detail about how they grew up loving music and decided that it was their turn to make some music. They also touched on the loss of the beloved Keelon Tate and how he pushed them and supported them in their musical endeavors. Also, the impact that working with somebody you call a brother was a topic of discussion as they said it has helped them get this far and improve in their craft. I pulled up on Drenesse to chop it up about his journey in music thus far. We talked about his change from Playboiii Dre to Drenesse, and how that helped create a unique name for him to drop his music under. We also touched on the value of traveling and how it can influence a new sound, different from where he is from.
