Greene County Schools Superintendent dives into how developing these skills with students benefits the local workforce. Former Career Academy Agriculture Instructor Mike Richards tells us about his role and the importance of teaching ag skills before students head off to college to help them find the right path. Thursday's First Hour: US Senator Joni Ernst tells us about legislation she has introduced to enforce that anything called an egg must come from a bird. With minimal fluctuation in corn and soybean markets today, Al Kluis from Kluis Commodity Advisors tells us what's not going on to move the trade. Iowa Corn Growers Association District 9 Director Dan Keitzer is with us at the end of the hour talking about research into turning Iowa corn into aviation fuel.

Wednesday's Second Hour: We're at the FFA Enrichment Center today for the Titan University Summit with our friends at Titan Tire! Bob is joined at the top of the hour by Titan Tire President Paul Reitz with an update on the supply chain and how things have gotten back to normal post-COVID. He also gives a broad-scale view on the ag industry in 2024. Bob also spoke with some representation from South Africa about their manufacturing operation. Don Roose from U.S. Commodities closes the day with an update on today's grain and livestock commodity trade.

Wednesday's First Hour: Steve Johnson joins us to talk about the ARC/PLC decision deadline coming up and what to be discussing with your crop insurance specialist. Don Roose from U.S. Commodities takes a look at the factors pushing down soybeans double digits today. To end the hour, Bob Quinn is joined at the Titan University Summit by Scott Sloan discussing what's new a Titan Tire in 2024.

Tuesday's Second Hour: We're starting the hour with Doug Burns from Farm Credit Services of America looking at the decision-making process for crop insurance in 2024. Iowa State Dairy Association Board Secretary Christina Zuiderveen discusses the latest in hearings on Federal Milk Marketing Orders. Brian Hoops from Midwest Market Solutions closes today's show with an update on grain and livestock markets approaching the Tuesday close.

Tuesday's First Hour: Leah TenNapel from Iowa State University Extension tells us about the results if their November soil moisture tests in November and details their upcoming informational meeting schedules.
