I just got back from and event....no a reunion in Dallas called the Kingdom Connect. I made so many new connections and solidified others. I networked with people doing 6,7, and 8 figures in their businesses. (both real estate and non). I am only a few days out from the weekend and have already had MASSIVE clarity in my businesses. Things are about to get shaken up! I cant wait to share over the next few weeks and months as it unfolds!

The point I am trying to make is, put yourself in rooms with people at a higher level than you are at so you can elevate yourself and your business!

I have been searching for a way to verbalize what I want to accomplish in my life. I heard someone mention "multi-generational family mission", a mission or identity that a family consistently builds upon every generation.

That got me thinking, what can i build that can be passed down and include all future generations of the Anderson family? Once, I figure that out, how do I immortalize that? How do I make it a tangible, visual things?

I have learned a lot over the last couple months! One of which is how fast your pipeline of leads can dry up when you lose focus! I am excited that things are getting back on track and the leads are starting to come in again!

Believe me when I tell you that I am guilty of it! I have lone-wolfed it many times and for very extended periods. I have #hustled and #grind for a long time, and you know what? It DOESN'T work!

After hustling and grinding just about killed me...twice!...I decided to become a student again so I could relearn what it truly means to be a business owner.

I am so excited for 2019! We ave some very exciting things coming up this year. One of which is bringing on a new team member. A personal assistant to help implement systems in my businesses. I put this person in place to help alleviate some of the burden and to help ensure I don't fall into that "Hustle and Grind" mentality.

People like to over complicate business and especially real estate. I GET it! I have done that before PLENTY of times. When you really boil it down though, its pretty darn simple. Add value to people and your business will grow.

Why are some folks stuck on the idea of creative financing? Shouldn't we be looking at ALL options when working with a seller?

So I went to this event...no mastermind... er family reunion? I don't know what to call it really, but it was awesome! It was a gathering of like minded individuals, most from a community called the Kingdom Real Estate. I was able to rub shoulders with many people doing big things in real estate investing, business, and life in general. I highly suggest you look for events and people that you can surround yourself with that will elevate you and your business endeavors.
