Ministry is often a time of transitions and change from one position to the next.  How we do this is important.  The first part in a series on how a team works together in saying goodbye and welcoming new staff.

We have probably all seen THAT guy.  The youth pastor who is trying desperately to be cool or relevant to "the next generation".  Guess what!  We're all guilty of it at some point and Nathan is a repeat offender.  Have a little good natured fun as think back on the greatness of the 90's youth guy.

It's VBS time for Nathan and just like the majority of pastors, leaders and volunteers you can get underwater with all of the time, work and needs of those to whom you are ministering.   Relationships, rest, prayer and perspective all contribute to our health during these times.
