This week’s message concerns Paul’s missionary journey to the Roman colony of Philippi and the planting of a church there. Paul had no advance-contacts with people. He went only after contact with God inspired him to go there. Almost immediately he meets a faithful and Godly Jewish lady named Lydia who then believes on Jesus and becomes a “believer”. This message will give us a fresh understanding of the difficulties that these early churches faced and the miracles and methods God used to keep them flourishing.
