Happy Birthday to me!!

Today I celebrate my 44th Birthday and at this time of year I always look back on my last year and set my goals and intentions for the year ahead.

This time, it felt different, and rather than specific measures, I've gone for more of a feeling after reframing a question that I usually ask myself.
