Is it better than Space Jam?
Welcome to our Spooky Season!
We have four episodes this October and as it is the spookiest time of the year, we dip our toes into the horror genre and boy, do we start off light.
Young Frankenstein is our first spooky movie but it's easily the funniest we have in store. A love letter to those Universal monster movies, Mel Brooks is back in spoof mode with his frequent star Gene Wilder joining him in the writer's room. Many think this is their best work together but let's see.
We chat about the film, dropping little nuggets of trivia, opinions and stories before we get to the big question;
Is Young Frankenstein Better Than Space Jam?
We hope you enjoy this episode and tune in throughout October as things get creepier and creepier.
Thank you folks,

Our last episode before we get spooky up in here!
Welcome back to The Biscuits & Blurays Podcast, and here on this podcast, we are big fans of Back to the Future so we thought "Hey! Let's talk about it."
As we chat about the film, we sprinkle in some facts that you may or may not know about this 80's classic whilst pushing the musical as much as we can. From drooling over the cast (we're both at it here) to chatting about the gripping finale we ask the very important question;
What is Crispin Glover?
But we always ask;
Is Back to the Future Better Than Space Jam?
Spooky season next week folks, we've some good ones lined up.
See you then,

We've nearly covered all the Star Wars movies now. Hurray!
Although to be fair, if you've been living under a rock since 2005, you may count this as the finale of the saga. Return of the Jedi is the final film from the original trilogy, so let's talk about it.
Your hosts, Jade and James, are here to chat about matte paintings, Frank Oz, what could have been and what was as we ask;
Is Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi better than Space Jam?
Feel free to let us know your thoughts on this one, as we may upset some Star Wars fans but, let's face it, that's not difficult to do.
More Star Wars soon. More movies next week.

Back on the Star Wars train! Choo choo!!
This week, we're taking about the ultimate sequel, The Empire Strikes Back, a film that cemented Star Wars as a franchise that cannot be stopped. Obviously, this week, we heard about the passing of James Earl Jones, so we have a little chat about his career and his legacy as well.
Not only that, we had a little chat about Dreamcatcher, throwing popcorn all over the place and Harrison Ford's hair as we try our best to find an answer to that age old question;
Is Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back Better Than Space Jam?
We hope you enjoy this week's episode.
We're back next week with Return of the Jedi.

Don't worry folks, it's spoiler free and if there are spoilers, they are minor.
Beetlejuice has cast aside his floral shirt and isn't going to Hawaii. Instead, he's back up to no good in a sequel that should have come out much sooner.
Everyone (well, almost everyone) is back for Tim Burton's latest cinematic release and we've specualted before as to whether this film would turn out to be any good.
Aside from a brief chat about cinema etiquette, we chat about what we liked, what we didn't like and what we just found bizarre as we ask;
Is Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Better Than Space Jam?
Let us know what you think folks and we hope you enjoy this episode.
Back to Star Wars next week.

We're back folks!
After a tiny little break, The Biscuits & Blurays Podcast: A New Legacy is back. Now in our fourth season, what better film to talk about than the fourth film in the Skywalker Saga; A New Hope.
Personally, I always enjoy revisiting the world of Star Wars (not you, episode IX) and I've managed to talk Jade into revisiting it with me. Because we are who we are, we do get a little distracted but we've filled this episode with some facts, opinions and stupid Obi-Wan impressions before we ask the ultimate question;
Is Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope Better Than Space Jam?
We hope you enjoy this episode and tune in throughout the season for some more bangers of films.
Thank you,

*Spoilers in this episode folks!!*
Our final episode is here!! We made it!!
We have picked an interesting film to close season three of the podcast, and thankfully it's a new release. Alien: Romulus is the latest in the Alien franchise; a franchise that even with it's ups and downs, holds a place in my heart.
A reboot of sorts, Romulus unleashes fresh blood on the series with plenty of Alien action but is it too little, too late? How does the newest film hold up? and most importantly;
Is Alien: Romulus Better Than Space Jam?
Thank you to my wonderful co-host Jade for a spectacular season. Thank you to our many guests we've had on this season. You're all better than Space Jam. But the biggest thank you of all to you, our viewers. If you find yourself coming back to our podcast, please know that we are incredibly grateful and hope you have as much fun listening as we have recording.
See you next season!!

"Cos the movies teach us what our parents don't have time to say."
Welcome to our penultimate episode this season and, before we end the season with aliens, we chat about this musical comedy from the makers of, well, South Park.
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut is the first time these beloved characters are put on the big screen, and since then we've had Tony award winning musicals and plenty more seasons of the show, but;
Is South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut Better Than Space Jam?
We hope you enjoy.

Heigh-ho! Heigh-ho!
Our final guest spot for this season. We are joined for a third time by the wonderful Kat from KissKatdoodles who chose to speak about a Disney film, and because we didn't know which one to talk about, we settled for Disney's first full length feature;
Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs.
Kat and I will be chatting about what we like about old Disney movies, what we find odd about them and open up the floor to the whole 2D vs 3D animation debate as we ask a very important question;
Is Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs Better Than Space Jam?
Thank you for joining me again Kat, it won't be the last time.
Hope you enjoy this one guys.

We love to boogie!
As you know, we've had a lot of guests on and every film they've picked as been a relative banger! And this week, I was joined by the wonderful Sarah from Popcorn Chat, who knows a good film when she sees one.
Sarah has chosen to talk about Billy Elliot this week, which is a British film about a boy who dreams about following his dream to become a ballet dancer, whilst the town he is from is in the middle of a miner's strike.
Sarah and I chat about the performances we like, the music we love and a certain spider-man actor and ask;
Is Billy Elliot Better Than Space Jam?
Thank you Sarah again for joining me.
Hope you enjoy folks.
