Black People have been entrepreneurs. We think it's important for Black folks to have a side hustle or side business to make money on your own terms. Black People, Travel. Travel to new lands, the new restaurant, read a new book. Try something new. We believe that Black people need to travel by any means necessary. Even if it's short term travel, traveling changed your life and your mindset. If you want to expand your perspective. We believe that traveling should become more accessible for Black People so they can experience all this life has to offer. What new things are you going to try? We'd love to hear it.

Black People are CREATIVE. YOU are Creative. It's in your blood. In order to change the world, Black People need to tap into their God-given creativity. Creativity is your gift to the world, and it is so important to Building your dream.

"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." - African Proverb. Building Community Changes Your Life. On this episode of the Black Dream, we believe that community is imperative to chase and reach your dreams. The American Dream and culture has brainwashed us into thinking that we should go alone, throw people away and "pull ourselves up by our own bootstraps". Whether you want to start a business, movement, change the world, it's so important to be rooted in community. Black folks have always been a communal people, and we believe that community is the KEY to success in all regards. In order to build the New Black Dream, we have to let go of the American Dream.

Should we redefine wealth in the Black community? How does the Black community actually Build wealth? Do you want to be rich or do you want to be wealthy? What's the difference? What does it mean to be wealthy? Is it money, riches, land, gold? We thing that as the Black community, we should redefine our definition of wealth. In this episode of the Black Dream Podcast, we talk about our own financial traumas and struggles and how we plan on becoming wealthy as nomadic Black entrepreneurs.

Are millennials the unluckiest generation in modern history? According to @NBC News we are. 2020 was a cultural turning point for many Black Americans.  2020 was the year that the sh*t hit the fan, and we, much like other Black Millennials are trying to put our lives back together and redefine what it means to be a young, gifted and Black.

It's okay to not be productive... ESPECIALLY during this time of social distancing and quarantine for COVID19. There are so many messages being put out there that we should try our hardest to be as productive and "successful" as we possibly can during this time, but maybe we should redefine what success is and looks like during this season.
