The Black Flame Society Podcast

Join Wil & Ally as they sit down with the author of The Oral History of Disney’s Hocus Pocus, Shannon Carlin. Shannon was kind enough to chat with us about her experience writing the book, share some things that didn’t make the final cut and tell us about her love of Hocus Pocus and where it all began. Stay tuned until the end of the episode to hear some exciting Funko Pop news and a thank you from the Black Flame Society for all of the support you continue to give us. Happy Halloween!

Join Wil & Ally as have the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with Jason Marsden, the voice of our beloved Thackery Binx in Hocus Pocus. Jason discusses how he landed the role of Binx, some of his other work, his love for Halloween, and an exciting Binx focused project he is currently creating a pitch for (spoiler alert: it sounds incredible). Thank you to Jason for joining us!

Join Wil & Ally as they discuss all of the news surrounding Hocus Pocus 3. We chat about every moment between the Hocus Pocus 2 premiere and now, including interviews with some of the cast – including Bette Midler who wants the Sanderson Sisters to go where?! Hear our thoughts and more on this episode of The Black Flame Society!

Join Wil & Ally as they return from their hiatus to celebrate the 31st anniversary of Hocus Pocus. We discuss what we’ve been up to while we were away, new merchandise coming out this season, Bette Midler discussing Hocus Pocus 3, and what we have planned this year for The Black Flame Society. Stay tuned to hear an exciting announcement regarding Ally and Wil being featured in an upcoming Disney publication.

Join Wil & Ally as they introduce you to their other halves – Dean and Justin! We start with some questions for the husbands about fall, Hocus Pocus, and how it feels to live with a HoPo collector and fanatic. We finish with a quiz testing their knowledge of our favorite movie!
