Trailer: Welcome to the Black Ladder Podcast. This is a podcast to highlight and put a spotlight on black people in different careers. Each episode will me and my guest, on my sofa, chatting about their career ladder, what they do, how they climbed the ladder and how being black has affected their career choices. 

I decided to start this podcast shortly after this years Black history month (BHM). I went to a lot of talks and heard from lots of great black people in amazing careers that I knew nothing about. I felt that it was a shame that I only hear these stories for one month in a year. I mean for me, being black isn’t just in October, its every day and minute of my life. I want to be able to hear about these amazing careers all the time; thus came about this podcast...
