#dnd #alignmentchange
Today's topic inspired by a tweet from @memeslich on X, about changing alignments on a Player Character as a DM.
How do you handle it? I decided to talk about how I handle it and some experiences I've had with it. I also reference the the AD&D Dungeon Master Guide on page 25 about handling alignment changes.
#Terminator #RPG #S5S
Welcome to another episode of the podcast, on today's show I discuss the Terminator Roleplaying game by Nightfall Games, and its S5S dice rolling system. Its a pretty interesting read so far, if you'd like to pick it up, check out the links below!

The Dungeoneer's Survival Guide, a book often overlooked when playing AD&D is actually a great resource if you take the time to read it. Today I am focusing on falling damage, damage from spikes, falling on jagged surfaces, soft surfaces and sliding down slopes. All things found in the book on page 19 & 20! These are interesting rules, so I give a little advice how to handle them along the way!
#RPG #StarshipTroopers
Today on the podcast, I decided to talk about a game probably forgotten, not because its old, but because it came out during the d20 boom and its probably a game that doesn't have longevity to for gaming sessions. Starship Troopers the RPG.
Starship Troopers: The Roleplaying Game is a tabletop role-playing game produced by Mongoose Publishing in 2005.
#RPG #CovertingRPG
Today on the podcast I wanted to ponder about the idea of converting your favorite gaming system into the game you want. I think its a fun exercise for any experienced Game Master at some point during their hobby time, to take a game they absolute enjoy, strip out the system, and try to make their own idea work. We've all probably done it a few times.

I was speaking with a co-worker about roleplaying games and he was looking forward to a Planet of the Apes rpg coming out and I had to point out to him, Terra Primate exists already!

Today's podcast is another story about a game I was involved in that had an interesting twist. It took place during Gencon 2011 and I had a blast. I enjoy sharing gaming story experiences on the podcast and sometimes stories help spark ideas for not only me, you as well. Enjoy!

#TTRPG #DND #WanderingMonsters
On the podcast today, I talk about a subject that bothered me, that a lot of people who play more modern editions, can't stand the wandering monsters or random encounters idea. Tell me your thoughts about it in the comments.
#RPG #DND #Backstory
Today on the podcast, I got an email from Mister Jay Johnson that asked about character backstories, and how I handle them in my games. So I decided to talk about my ARC system, which is Ally, Rival and Contact, which can help kick off a pretty interesting character backstory!
