The Black Notebook Podcast

In this episode I am talking about how people take the game too seriously at times and how those people need to step away from the table and maybe not play for a while.

Its Monday and what have I been pondering about? Star Trek of course! What's the best system for a bunch of newbies? D6? Fasa? Lug? Nope, I am thinking Savage Worlds. Why hasn't there been anything in the fandom for an unofficial supplement? The websites I find for it are great, but it seems most folks drop off in the middle of creating it and leaving it left for dead.

Not sure what happened, but re uploaded this episode.

Got  my first voicemail! Andy G "called in" and left his thoughts about the  new podcast I am doing for AD&D 1e called Unearthed Arcana with Erik  Tenkar.

Why not leave me a voice mail and I will respond to your question too!

Back in the car doing another episode with this new mic, noticed there was a little popping sound, whoops, mic was too close this time.  In this episode I am talking about a facebook post where a mainstream gamer was complaining about the Save vs Poison or die mechanic and how its silly.

In this episode (once again in my car using the new mic) I talk about my experiences with running games that were thrown at me spur of the moment, entitled "gaming out of no where!"

Decided to do a show during my lunch time using a new microphone attachment in my car, I think its a bit meh. In this episode I talk about d6 and how great the mini-six system is and how much I enjoyed. A little update on MAzes & Perils and my new project.

Hey folks listen in as I kick off this podcast talking about anything in gaming, nothing is safe. This show I talk about my thoughts and idea about Star Trek adventures, how I grew up loving Star Trek and what I am thinking about.

In this video I do a follow up on Magic and talk about my house rules  for Magic with Mystic Arts Talent. What do you think about it?

In this video, I go over the Gadgetry rules listed in the GBI book  starting on p72. The rules are not that great in my opinion, so I came  up with my own and I go over them in the video.
