Welcome to a special bonus episode this week on Slashers Podcast.  We had two more Patreon picks leftover, so for the next two weeks you'll get not one but TWO episodes of your favorite goons talking your favorite horror media.  This week's patreon pick is for Ade's mom, Laureen, who chose The Black Phone.  Directed by Scott Derrickson, who you may know from films like Sinister, Doctor Strange, and The Exorcism of Emily Rose, and adapted from the Joe Hill novel of the same name.  For those of you who don't know, Joe Hill not only starred as the little boy from Creepshow, but is also the son of Stephen King.  The Black Phone stars Ethan Hawke as "the grabber," as well as James Ransone, Mason Thames and Madeleine McGraw.
