It's the last episode of the season! I'm leaving you guys with a positive note and inspiration that you can do anything..because you can! 

Plenty of us are sleeping on ourselves but it's time to wakeup and wake the world up. We have so much potential in this world...let's show them what you got!

We tend to put so much pressure on ourselves that it can really mess with our mental health and cause us to perform worse than before we pressured ourselves. Sometimes all we need is a breather. 

A lot of people, including myself, are trying to keep up with the Instagram game or just trying to live like they have more than they really do. The question is...should you? 

Today I have new author Sherman Williams on the podcast discussing his book called The Search. I ask him a few questions and we get to learn a little bit more about him and the reason behind why he wrote his book.

So many people out there don't realize their worth so they keep the company of others who also don't know the worth of the person. It's time to stop and say no to anyone that doesn't see the beauty in you. 

We're alive but are we LIVING?? I resonate on this a bit in today's episode. It's important not to let life get in the way of you living.

Sometimes we may not feel like a girl boss even though it can be as simple as saying you are one. I provide just a few tips to help you get into the mindset of feeling like one in hopes you're able to take these tips into your daily lives. 

Sadly, not everyone can be open about their sexuality without being put in danger. I believe everyone should be able to wave their pride flag high. Never be ashamed of who you are.
