Sharing my struggles in living with body dysmorphia brought so much awareness to connections that we have to the things that matter the least and the things that matter most. EP 4 is the first look back at my journey as I navigate learning to balance in discovering who I am vs. the person the world expects me to be. Believing in my dreams means trusting myself and the choices I make for my future. Our happiness and what it takes to get there won’t make sense to everyone else but we’re not living for them are we? It’s time to normalize supporting each other learning from each other and working to become better for ourselves and our community no one deserves to feel less then or not enough. All of our pains, trials and tribulations Have so much beauty behind what we are limiting our self to see. Push through even when you feel like you can’t and I promise you will get there.
