Welcome to Season 4 and Happy #TBUthursday! 

We all know or have heard of that person who famously cuts everyone off at the top of the new year to "cleanse themselves of all energies and start over." Today we take time to break down those actions and engage in a conversation on how we feel about this new year "cut off" trend.

For this last word of the day Nika hit us with the origin of the word bugaboo and we were amazed to see that the word has been around since the 18th century! 

Frenchie jumps into this last For The Birds of season three hot with a conversation surrounding standards, the harsh living conditions at Howard University and the #DadsOnDuty initiative one school has set up.

Wes takes us back and asks Frenchie & Nika what music throwbacks they have been getting into lately.

In this week's Gust of Wind, we discuss Jeannie Mai-Jenkins new clothing line with Macy's department store, SZA being violated by a photographer, ABC's Queens, and the greeks being upset over this weeks episode of Insecure.

In our final Under Our Umbrella Frenchie tells us a scary story and we end with a toast to this season and what is next to come.
