There are plenty of people out there like myself that are capable of having a friendship that is not sexual in any way and if that’s what you truly desire there are people who would value a friendship like that.

Sometimes we have to see and recognize that the best that our parents want for us is not the same as what is actually best for us.  We have to love and trust ourselves enough to acknowledge where change is due and be the change because if anyone was built for it, we are.
