Today Derreck is back once again and this time we are talking about indie game We. The Revolution. This is an amazing game by developer Polyslash that is set in the French Revolution where you play as a tribunal judge.

Derreck talks through the basic scope of this game and all the mechanics involved in it with a typical intro type podcast feel when we talk about a brand new game on the podcast. He goes over how trials work, intrigues, the political game board, family relations, the dice game, and more. He also discusses in detail his overall feeling and opinion of the game and all the aspects in it.

Then Derreck has a spoiler filled section of the podcast where he goes over all the major story elements of Act 1 of the game. The game is broken into 3 acts and this section of the podcast is fairly short, but goes over how Derreck played through Act 1 and what happened in the major story elements so far.

Today Derreck is back once again to talk more State of Decay 2! This time I have a first time guest joining me in PHDPeddler to talk about the new bounty system in the game.

Full disclosure, this podcast ends up ranging through a lot of topics in State of Decay including the various DLCs and also what we think of the roadmap so far and what could come of the future. We even start discussing barbecue at one point.

So overall we do go off the rails a bit, but it makes for a very interesting episode. That being said, we do cover in full the bounty system. We talk about Cash Beaumont and what his new bounties mean for the game and how they work. Then of course finally we talk about all of the new weapons introduced with this system and how you achieve them including what bounties we found most difficult.

Derreck talks with both Brian and Geoffrey about the new Heartland DLC in depth. We talk about aspects of the new characters, the story, and the brand new base Jurassic Junction. In the midst of this discussion Derreck asks some other questions that members of the community may be interested to hear about like if the cliffhanger from Heartland will be resolved or some of the choices that were made in this DLC like being able to miss recruiting some characters.

This is an episode that has been on the back burner ever since the game released. The 100 day challenge is getting a single community to day 100 and it is something a lot of people striven to do around the launch of the game. Now a lot of people have beaten this challenge in standard mode, but not as many have attempted it in nightmare.

Derreck discusses some tips on how you can achieve this in nightmare and things you may want to watch out for or adhere to in order to succeed at this challenge.
