The Blessing of Being Merciful (Matthew 5:7)

We all love the fact that Jesus does not give us what our sins deserve (death and separation); instead He loves and forgives us as He shows us mercy. We love His mercy, but at times we are not so quick to show that same mercy to others. That's an issue because Jesus tells us, "Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy."
