Imagine not being able to live your life the way you want. Imagine not being able to make your own decisions for yourself or, be with the one you love. Denverqueen experienced these things and more while she lived under guardianship for 15 years of her adult life. She tells her story of what she experienced while under guardianship and how she was able to free herself from the hell she had to endure 

disability rights advocate kyblueblood returns to tell the epic conclusion to her story of what it was like growing up in the 1960's with siblings that had disabilities. She also discusses the hardships her family faced during this time due to a lack of services and supports as well as the emotional impact that it had on her and her family. Later, she discusses what needs to be done in order to make sure that Kentuckians with intellectual and developmental disabilities get the services and supports that they need in order to be able to live in the commmunity and are able to enjoy the same opportunities and experience life the same as their typically developing peers.
