Fred and AJ talk about Rush Limbaugh being diagnosed with cancer and where he ranks among highest paid celebrities; Jon Jones getting tested a lot before UFC 247; and UFC Heavyweight Juan Adams joins the show to talk about his upcoming fight this Saturday at UFC 247.

Fred and AJ spend the first hour talking about the Astros hiring James Click as their new GM; the Rockets trying to trade Clint Capela; Mark Dantonio stepping down at Michigan State; and whether or not to bet on XFL games.

In the last hour of the show the guys jump into the Texan's prospects for next season and how they will be affected by Watson's upcoming raise. Also joining the show is Texas A&M's men's head basketball coach Buzz Williams to discuss the Aggie's recent woes and schedule going forward. Fred also breaks news about the Astro's new GM, James Click, formerly of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Last up is the dumbass report.

To kick off the second hour the guys get into some of the prop bet results including the orange Gatorade bath. This leads to an argument about "yellow" Gatorade and which flavors are the best. Also joining the show this hour is The Bench's own Lance Zierlein to discuss a little NFL draft talk and where will some of the veteran qb's end up next season. Last is the gem of the day which deals with the wiener-mobile. Wiener jokes ensue.

On a Monday after the Super Bowl the guys kick things off discussing the fourth quarter of the game and how things might have gone differently. Did the Niners give the game away or did the Chiefs take it ? Fred also tackles the halftime show and all the antics - he thought the music sucked but the scenery was alright.

To kick off the third hour we have a riveting interview of Deandre Hopkins and his mother, Sabrina Greenlee live from radio row in Miami. Also on deck is AJ's take on sex scenes in movies before taking a call from a drunk guy. Also up ahead is the superbowl preview and which way the guys are leaning in the big game. In the second hour the guys continue some super bowl pro prop betting - AJ likes Hardman to score the firs touchdown at 20/1. They also jump into some Darrel Morey talk and advocate for him being GM of the year in Houston even though his tweet probably cost between $150 and $200 million. Also up this hour - is radio row overrated ? How hard can the interviews actually be ? Fred and AJ get into their worst radio row experiences.

The guys kick things off discussing Fred's technical ineptitude in dealing with his mac book before getting into some sports. On deck is some Super Bowl props discussion as well. Fred an AJ will both be playing prop bet bingo. Lastly, the guys make fun of pro football focus's final quarterback ranking for the season as AJ tries to guess the correct order.

The guys start off the third hour by talking about the 10 most tweeted about movies in 2019. Next, they talk about Jim Edmonds and Meghan King Edmonds splitting up and the complications surrounding their marriage. The guys then discuss Duke's Coach K's outburst at fans during a game against Pitt. They finish the show by giving their thoughts on the 2020 Presidential candidates.

The guys start off the second hour by continuing to talk about movies before moving onto MLB talk and who should be the betting favorite. They also touch on first round draft "busts" in the NBA. They then discuss more movies and TV shows, like John Wick and The Blacklist. They finish the second hour with the "Gem of the Day" and talks of Tom Brady leaving the Patriots.
