In the first hour of the show Fred and Jerry Bo filling in for AJ talk about playing poker and taking lessons from different hands; they talk about Fred's beer from True Anomaly Brewing; and Matt Reigle from BroBible joins us to talk about his column on the SpaceX launch.

In the last hour of the show we discuss the Lance Armstrong documentary and how Lance was just a bad human. Also up this hour is a little more music talk and what were the worst endings to some of the best shows. Last segment Fred and Jake get into the best restaurants in town and which ones are shutting down due to COVID.

For the second hour of the show Fred and Jake get into the ethics of reopening the country and the return of sports. Are we actually gonna see MLB this season ? What will the NBA playoffs look like ? Also, how out of touch do some of these baseball players look complaining about only making 5 million dollars to play half a season ? The guys also get into a little talk about their favorite shows and what they are watching now before having Jake recite all his favorite "Charlie isms". Last up this hour is the gem of the day featuring aliens. Enjoy.

Joining Fred today is SB Nation's own Jake Asman and we kick things off today discussing his peculiar habits he formed during the COVID lockdown. In the final hour of the show the guys talk about a Canadian teacher in some hot water over comments to his students; they talk about the Cowboys option to pay Dak or keep him on the franchise tag for one year and make him earn a new contract; and things get a bit political to end the show.

In the second hour of the show the guys talk a lot about the Best Gangster Movies of all-time and what defines a movie as a 'gangster' movie; we also have a Zadok Jewelers Gem of the Day from Georgia.

In the last hour of the show we discuss Vince McMahon's comments on the XFL going bankrupt and Fred and AJ get into if it should come back for season 2 or not. Also AJ talks about the upcoming UFC fights and the COVID testing surrounding the event. The guys also get into some talk about live sports that have been on tv that they didn't bother to watch. Last up today we have "Hey man, bleep that!"

For the second hour of the show AJ goes on an epic rant about having his truck broken into by some scumbag. Also, what is Fred's weapon of choice when walking the dog at 3 AM - pepper spray, pistol, or sword ? Also up this hour The Houston Chronicle's own Jerome Solomon joins the show to talk a little MLB and when might see some games. Last up this hour is a gem of the day involving an ice cream man blasting kids with death metal.

The guys kick off the first hour of the show by welcoming Fred back to the studio and talking about some of the latest COVID-19 antics. Aaron apparently got in a fight with an older woman (over wearing a mask) and punched her in the face. They also jump into the whole attacking the Karens thing and some other semi political stuff in the news. Also up this hour, Twitter likes to give AJ a hard time about wearing a mask/being responsible etc. Apparently he's just a sheep and can't think for himself. Man its good to be back !
