The Strategy Group met again, and it appears that they have cut engine costs. Jean Todt wants refueling - but the teams say no. So slow that we thought it was time to introduce a new segment - "We Can't Believe They Got Paid for Writing That!" where we highlight some of the weak stories that Formula 1 journalists conjure up to desperately fill column inches during the off season. Since it's slow, we also decided to use this week to take something out of the Bloke and A Bird Test Labs...
