Today I was so inspired by @itslinslife as the reminder of "World mental health day" and sharing our stories to share my own journey with you beautiful Homemakers about the importance of managing our mindsets as Homemakers. I have been on my own mindset management journey for a couple of years now and it has been an ongoing journey with God at the center of my life as a Homemaker.
I had a lot of transition and loss when I was younger and struggled with anxiety, fear and had poor coping mechanisms but later in life I learnt that the only way through something is UP! By focusing on the Lord and His Word and His promises for our lives.
I hope this episode encourages you today! Grab a hot cuppa and give this episode a listen.
