The podcast currently has 10 episodes available.
Blue Inversion started as a 3D artist at age 14. Using only open-source software he slowly began expanding into animation, design and music. Simultaneously honing his programming skills to start selling plugins and shaders under the name “Boundless Blending”
The constant feeling of disconnect from academia, made me quit college in 2019 and go all in with my entrepreneurship DNA. I start fresh, with the new name Blue Inversion.
I wear several hats - Artist, Programmer, Musician along with the business side of how all these fit together as a cohesive singular identity.
Remember all this is happening from my bedroom, in a small town, with no investors or credit line. The complete antithesis to the silicon valley dream. The entire thing is simply powered by the internet and people like you who invest and believe in my work.
And together with you, I dream to make Blue Inversion the biggest brand one day.

Blue Inversion is a multimedia studio.
We make audio-visual projects for brands and companies around the world. We start from a concept and take it to the finished product. We do everything from the visuals, animation and sound design.
Apart from taking freelance/contract work as a studio – Blue Inversion also makes music, has courses on creative software on YouTube, a Podcast, a Email Newsletter and a line of 3D software plugins.
Every year, I will make a short video describing my year and what I plan to do next. This is the first one in this annual series. Thanks for being a part of the community this year. Cheers :)
In this episode, I talk about two schools of thought on mastery. Mastery as in skills, trying to learn new software, etc. I explain some ideas I borrow from both of them and how I am trying a related experiment in the next couple weeks.

In this episode I discuss my story - how I came to know about Blender. The format goes like this: I play a time-lapse video of my latest artwork and talk through it. I picked up the topic for this episode myself, but I plan to start incorporating questions or suggestions from the community in future.

Artwork available on ArtStation.
I am gonna release an artwork every weekday.
Beeple (Mike Winkelmann) has been making an artwork everyday for more than a decade now. He is a big inspiration for this. Since I am starting out with the podcast now, I hope to improve in speaking more naturally as well as getting better at making art.
If you have been with me since 2015, thank you first of all. So if you are wondering what happened to the old show SAYAN CALLING - it is still up on SoundCloud and you can listen to them. But that podcast is dead. Blue Inversion Podcast, i.e. this one is the primary podcast now. Interviews, if any will be on this podcast.
Shout out Rico, Sebastian and Richard from the old podcast. I look forward to bringing them back on sometime in the future. I gotta catch up with you guys again and also get my Skype connection smooth enough to do the call-ins. Till then hope you guys take care if you happen to stumble upon this episode before I catch up on the DMs ;)
Let me know guys how you got started, what your story is. Leave a comment if the platform allows for it. I'll try my best to keep up with all podcast distributors.
-Sayan.
