Welcome to the third episode of Hike Chats featuring Nikko & some of our most EPIC fails! Nicole and I have seen it all from getting lost in the mountains, hiking unexpected distances, neglecting to bring food, and almost running out of gas more times than we would like to admit. Here is to laughing off some of the most unfortunate situations and living but absolutely never learning from our mistakes.

In this week's episode, I talk about eats! I have recently had a lot of visitors and have been eating out more than I am used to. I have also been sick and haven't been able to be as active as I would have liked. With this, I have realized how far I have come surrounding some of the issues I have faced with food. So in this episode, I touch on the difficulties I have had with food and some tips I have to strike a balance when traveling and having many people visiting. Enjoy:)
