Hi there and welcome back to yet another episode of the Blueprint Podcast! You must be wondering what I’m going to talk about in this one. Well, let me tell you. The title of today’s episode is based one of my proxies I use anytime I have to deal with rejection. To be more specific, ‘’Leave the place with grace’’ is my personal way of reminding myself that somethings (or some people for that matter) just ain’t worth stressing over, so instead of trying to hold on to it, I rather just let go and leave the place with grace, and I hope that after today, you will be able to do so as well…

Cats, cats, cats. Some of us may love them, others may hate them, but I can guarantee you that we can all learn something from them. In this episode, I would like to elaborate on the universal eccentric behavior these little fluffy animals demonstrate across the globe and what we can learn from it. From living in the present moment to knowing your self-worth, cats seem to be the living example of how we should go through life…

So, after an interesting 1st episode last week, I decided to go a bit in a different direction for this one. In this episode I'd like to explain why we should all stop taking things so seriously and why we should start embracing our inner child. Because in the last couple of years, I've come to learn that 'little me' actually has quite a few answers to many of the challenges I face on a daily basis. I just need to be brave enough to ask him for help. What's more is that I've come to realize that my younger version has a fairly strong intuition, infinite creative imagination and a great sense of adventure, and that's exactly why I believe that reconnecting with that little youngster could be of tremendous help in our personal path to self-actualization...

Hi guys,
Welcome to the very first episode of the Blueprint Podcast. I'm glad you made it!
Since this is the first episode, I figured it would be nice to start off with a personal touch by talking about my all-time hero, Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. I've been looking up to Arnold since I was kid, obviously by watching some off his best action movies like Terminator and Predator. However, over the many years that I have been following him, I also learned some valuable lessons along the way that I believe are worth sharing.
You ready?! Leeet's get it!
