"The Flash" has been through every imaginable sort of developmental hell, but it's finally here. Was it worth the wait? Directed by Andy Muschietti and starring Ezra Miller, Michael Keaton, and the worst CGI cameos you have ever seen. This film was... a lot.

Paul Verhoeven's "Starship Troopers" was released in 1997, and was immediately torn apart by critics. It was called "brainless" and "overly violent" and even was accused of being overtly pro-fascist. They didn't seem to get the joke. But how much of the film IS a joke? How much is meant to be satire, and how much is meant to be taken at face value as a sci-fi space adventure?
