  • (Warning Disturbing Content) Tim Ballard on Human Trafficking

(www.OURrescue.org to donate to these amazing people)

Hello Everybody listening at home. This Is Bowan Mabry gearin' up to launch season 2. I am so excited to be working with Mr. Tim Ballard today. As we dumb down what it takes to stop human trafficking, and what it is, and what it means. Ballard started this organization after leaving out of the Department of Homeland Security working out of the south border of U.S.

He saw this rising problem spreading throughout the world. Focusing in Haiti, Colombia, Southern Asia and spread across United States of America

On Super Bowl Sunday 2017, several Traffickers were arrested and 30 female children, were rescued off a boat full of traffickers on a boat in the seas of Eastern Hati.

The Operation Underground Railroad has been searching for this one boy named Guardy who was kidnapped during church in Haiti when the kidnapping problem was most dangerous. For Many years they have dedicated their time, Money, And their soldiers spend weeks away from his/her family just to make another families life better.

This Childs father is named Gestno, He lost his son when the boy was 4 years old. And Guardy has just turned 9. So remember to keep Gestno and his orphanage , Tim, Guardy, and all the brave people who make the world a little bit cleaner every day in your prayers.

Tim is such an amazing man not just because of the world he is helping but because he is a husband, a father of 10, a public speaker who can make you cry within seconds of hearing what he has to say. I am so lucky and blessed to talk to this man for a Hour. And I hope you enjoy the episode.

If there were a way to express myself in one word it wold be "Change" I am a big fan of change, I love the culture, the action, the feeling of new. I realized I am a fan of change since DID happened. Because I was faced my biggest fear... Nothing happening. I was so worried that I brought out my old mans mics, and started interviewing all these geniuses on what they do and how they do it. From just giving a try, I overcame my fear. This is Dumb It Down

  • Going Pro with NFL All-Pro Todd Heap

I have had this interview done for a a while, but haven't published it. I haven't published because a few weeks ago a tragic accident took Todd and Ashley's daughter, and they have been so sad, and so I didn't feel right releasing the episode.

But a few days ago, they announced a Hollyday, in honor of Todd's sweet little girl, Holly. So I asked Todd if he thought it would be good to publish today. He said it would be great. This is my act of kindness to those that love the Heaps. #hugsfromhollyday

I was Todd Heap for Halloween three years in a row. When I was a little baby my parents took me with them to Baltimore and we watched him play. I was too little to see it then, but from TV I know that every time he catches the ball the crowd yelled "HEEEEAAAP".

Special thanks to Todd, Ashely, and the Heap kids for letting your dad spend so much time with me so I could learn what it takes to go pro.

  • Paralysis with Dr Dale Hull

"When these kind of accidents happen, its very scary. I Have had people ask me did you think about suicide? And I have to say, I said "yes". You have totally lost your life as you know it. You also have to know your boundaries are. Even though I would have never followed through with it, You have a choice. You can go on. Or you can check out."-Dale Hull

I love that quote. Because you do have a choice. Dale was such an inspiring man to me. I loved our interview. Dale was the man of the hour for sure.

Dale is the human Ironman/ Captain America/ Bruce Banner/ Michael Jordan. Because he overcame paralysis. Ran the Olympic torch. "The olympic torch is such a special thing. Because every country in the world does something different then all the hundreds of other ones. But the torch is special because it is the first and only thing the world agrees with. Nothing else is more special than the sign of world peace in the palm of my hand. And then passing it Karl Malone of the Utah Jazz" (MY FAVORITE TEAM!!!!)

And then he ran an underwater marathon shortly after his accident. (Backflip rotational failure) and then he helped hundreds do the same.

The way he did it was through "Nueroworx" (Pronounced Nero Works) A company that started out with 12 patients, 2 yoga balls, and some weights. With no more than that. Dale and Jan are so enthusiastic about what they do, that over four families donated over 300,000 US Dollars!!!!! Including the owners of the Utah Jazz, an Imax Theatre and over 15 car dealerships in UT. Larry H. And Gail Miller. And not only did they give 1/2 Million dollars, but they also donated a Basketball court with the NBA Front offices OK to put the Jazz logo on the court! (Three courts in the world have the Jazz Logo on the court Jazz stadium, Their practice court and Nueroworx)

  • Editing a bestseller and the pressure behind it with Lisa Magnum

Hu Geys, Irv. Haves a! Incredibblee tlentd editer,

Makes no sense, does it? That is because no one edits the subtext. Without an editor,

Looking neat gets pretty rough. That is all I knew, so I Talked with Lisa Mangum, (Author, Editor and a pretty cool gal) She edits for shadow mountain a publishing company for Thomas S. Monson, Ann Romney, Brandon Mull, and totally other cool people. Because everyone knows about the Author, but the left out part is the editor. Lisa Dumbs Down, The steps, and the duties of editing a best seller.
