The Bob Chronicles

Ladies and gentlemen, we are witnessing a current pandemic that is rising rapidly under the radar: obesity. I will discuss about this issue in this episode as well as why some, NOT all, some people who are overweight and obese have been crying out about fatphobia. Take a listen. Also, please take a moment to read from the sources below; I will be discussing about them also in this episode.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is extremely important to crack the riddle of finding you inner happiness in order to have a fruitful life. Take a listen.

Ladies & gentlemen, I need you to please heed my words on how important this situation is when it comes to your health coming from someone who has worked in a medical private practice on and off for around seventeen years. Take a listen.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have two people that are extremely hellbent, determined, and desperate to derail Fresh&Fit and their rise to glory. One of which is H3 Podcast co-founder, Ethan Klein - who runs a successful production company  (H3H3 Productions) and the podcast making millions of dollars yearly with his wife, Hila Klein. Ethan has a huge vitriol toward Fresh&Fit and any man that claims or shows that he is alpha and will find any story to make stick to derail them whether true or false, even though he already runs successful companies with his wife bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars and they share two kids together. The other person is a very insecure, immature, and arrogant nineteen year old white female college student who went on to the Fresh&Fit podcast as a guest who went on Ethan's show claiming that Myron and Fresh from Fresh&Fit trapped her and her friend into doing things that they don't want to do. After watching clips of those claims via Aba & Preach's YouTube channel and Ayindei Gordon's Youtube channel, Authentic Alphas, I FULLY agree with what ALL three of them had to say. I'll explain this in this episode.

Ladies and gentlemen, ever since the stunning, sudden, and tragic death of Kevin Samuels sent shockwaves throughout social media - especially within the manosphere - it had us feel mortal when it came to our health and dealing with prolonging our own lives. Sadly, tomorrow is NEVER promised for any of us. And a heart attack leading to cardiac arrest can affect any of us, in any shape, of any condition, at any given time.

I will be discussing the three health crazies that can affect anyone's longevity on this earth, each of which will be discussed in separate episodes: obesity, anorexia, and the in-between.

Be on the lookout for them.

Ladies and gentlemen, in this fast evolving technological world that we are in, it is very important to adopt the concept of upskilling throughout your life. Don't believe me, read this article below.

Kevin Roshon Samuels (March 13, 1969 - May 5, 2022)

No, this is NOT clickbait. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm as shocked and saddened as many of you are due to the tragic, sudden, and surprising death of Kevin Samuels on Cinco de Mayo. Kevin Samuels has impacted my life in a positive way as well as millions of others across the globe. He, unfortunately, will also be hated and ridiculed by others also; we're BARELY gonna pay them ANY attention. Please take a listen to this episode on all of the craziness that surround it.

I will be posting a follow up episode soon in regards to Kevin's autopsy report once it is completed by the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office, which is located in the city of Atlanta.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have reached the conclusion of this Illegitimate:Fresh&Fit series. I strongly advise ANYONE not to take any of their content seriously. I will explain why in this episode. Take a listen.

Ladies and gentlemen, we will be challenging some of Fresh&Fit's main ideals that they often regurgitate during their tenure podcasting. We will also analyze if the REAL Frank Castle, The REAL Punisher from Marvel Comics, actually PUNISHES women (Ladies, please forgive me for the wording if some of you feel triggered by this sentence). Take a listen.
