Matchless Brewing - Tumwater, WA

Legacy System, Pilsner, 5% ABV

"Sometimes the old system has something special that doesn’t need to be replaced. Big malt character from Weyermann Pilsner, Rahr Old World Pilsner and Weyermann Carahell malts are balanced out with moderate bitterness and floral hop character from a combination of Sterling and Saaz fermented cold with Rocky Mountain for a smooth finish."

 

Barlows Brewing - Vancouver, WA

Mischief & Disorder, Hazy IPA, 7.5% ABV

"We've created a new hazy IPA with Norwegian-origin Kviek yeast that ferments quickly at much higher temperatures than most ale yeasts. This hazy is juicy, fruity and impossible to see through with flavors of pineapple, papaya, peach and melon. No fruit was used in this beer. "

 

Brothers Cascadia Brewing - Vancouver, WA

Helles Lager, 4.5% ABV

"A traditional light lager hailing from Munich Germany, we were inspired to tackle this particularly complex beer. From the highest quality ingredients to the extended lagering time, we made every effort to create a crushable lager that is as exciting as it is drinkable."

Hop About Down Under IPA, 7% ABV

"Made in collaboration with Brewmaster’s Taproom in Renton. Tropical hop stylings from Australia's Ella, Galaxy and Vic Secret meet a rich malty body from Bairds Pale and Gambrinus Honey Malts. Bright crispy bitterness and deep golden color."
