What we're drinking:
Monkless Belgian Ales - Bend, OR
Capitulation, Dry Hop Belgian Trippel, 8.1% ABV, 36 IBU
"What do you do when customers say "I love hoppy beers"? Well, if you're any other brewery you might brew 6 different IPA's for them to choose from, but if you're Monkless, you capitulate, and dry hop your classic Belgian Tripel. We took one of our favorite beers, The Trinity, and dry hopped it to add a blast of flowery, citrusy hop aroma."
Brothers Cascadia Brewing - Vancouver, WA
The Chromatic Series - Resonance, Batch #5, Sour Golden Ale, 6% ABV
"3 pounds of peaches per gallon of beer. After a vigorous re-fermentation that consumed the sugars from the peach, we were left with massive amounts of peach flavor and a fun, complex acidity that lingers from the first whiff until long after it’s gone.”
Ghost Runners Brewery - Vancouver, WA
Running Up Pils, Pilsner, 5% ABV, 28 IBU
"Inspired by tradition, this German-style Pilsner is crafted with a mult-step infusion mash with old world pilsen malt. We then lager ferment over three different temperatures until the flavor profile is just right. This light German Lager is packed full of flavor and is perfect accompaniment to the spring and summer. Cheers, and happy lawn mowing!"
Maryhill Winery - Goldendale, WA
Pinot Gris
"Rich nectarine and pear notes mingled with honey. Crisp fruit flavor is delivered at the front of the palate, while a slight creamy texture fills in the finish."
