Crushed Velvet IPA, 7.4% ABV
"It has Oatmeal"
Crux Fermentation Project - Bend, OR
Tough Love, Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, 11.5% ABV, 70 IBU
"Tough Love is bold but nuanced, an homage of sorts to the traditional Russian Imperial Stouts and the ruling style of Catherine the Great. We construct it with dark roasted malts, malted rye, and oak-smoked wheat, and then banish it in Kentucky bourbon barrels. The aging process smooths out the edges on an otherwise bold statement, and bitterness succumbs to tender strokes of vanilla beans, hints of dried cherries, and new layers revealing themselves with each sip."
Trap Door Brewing in collaboration with Ben's Bottle Shop - Vancouver, WA
Tim Time, Oatmeal Stout, 6.5% ABV
"Time waits for no man. Tim waits the bar at Ben’s Bottle Shop. A walking, tick-tocking beer encyclopedia. That thing on his wrist? It’s called a timepiece. It’s been keeping time for 4 years and that’s wht we brewed this collaboration for Ben’s Bottle Shop’s 4th anniversary! It’s an oatmeal stout with toasted hazelnuts, cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans."
Worthy Brewing - Bend, OR
Sol Power Pilsner, 4.8% ABV, 19 IBU
"Worthy is proud of its solar powered craft beers, including Sol Power Pilsner. Worthy has 117 rooftop solar panels, and 56 of those are dedicated to heating water used in the brewing process, which helps Worthy operate more responsibly and sustainably. This pilsner gets its local flavor from our use of Mecca Grade malts and concentration of aroma hops. More lemon, citrus and grassy notes gives this pilsner a familiar flavor."
