Epic Games turned its Fortnite Launcher into the Epic Games Store, much like how Valve took the Half-Life 2 Launcher and turned it into Steam so long ago.

I attended an open house of the Computer Museum of America, an upcoming museum opening Summer of 2019 north of Atlanta.

I also attended Dreamhack Atlanta - a huge esports event - and got a taste of the side of gaming I never have really been exposed to.

Sony has acknowledged that they will be skipping E3 2019 next year, being the first major console manufacturer to pull out of the event.

We first take a look as to why people who get VR stop using it pretty quickly, and what factors make it sit on a shelf instead of on people's faces.

One thing that might help is compelling content - such as Tetris Effect, which is the VR title nobody knew VR needed.

I also picked up the US release of the Commodore 64 Mini, which includes 64 games but allows you to import - and program - your own.

Then we take calls about Tetris Effect, Diablo 3, and PSVR drifting issues.

I played the Tetris Effect demo, and it's exactly what you're looking for if you wanted Lumines and Rez meeting Tetris. If it's not, it might not be worth your $40.

Mario Segale, the Seattle real estate developer whom Nintendo used as the namesake for Super Mario, passed away at the age of 84.
