You have to be willing to sacrifice your ego in order to succeed. You need to learn humility. You need confidence to succeed but I also think that over confidence is the main reason why people fail. A lot of things that will make a person fail—poor performance, lack of understanding, losing energy in the business—originates from ego problems. In business, you have to be excited to hear people’s no and learn from people's criticism.

Behind every successful story there is commonly a successful mentor. Mentors can dramatically change your career for the better. But it's important that you realize mentorship is a give and take relationship. Provide your mentor value and they will provide you with wisdom!
