Fortunately, Sophie has a good friend in Faith Fairchild. With teenage Amy being bullied by mean girls and husband Tom contemplating a major life change that will affect all the Fairchilds, Faith is eager for distraction in the form of some sleuthing. In between discussions of newlywed agita, surprising Savannah customs, and, of course, fabulous low-country food, Faith and Sophie will pair up to unmask a killer!

Five Stars
I love all of Mrs. Page's Faith Fairchild books. They're rather adult Nancy Drew's.
Another great "Body found" story.
Another great book by Katherine Hall Page. Having two stories going on at the same time was a good idea. Always enjoy her books.

I enjoyed reading this book, I liked her characters, and enjoyed reading about Georgia.
I think that this is my favorite "Faith Fairchild" mystery yet
I have read every Katherine Hall Page book that she has written. I think that this is my favorite "Faith Fairchild" mystery yet. In last year's release, "The Body in the Birches" set in Maine, you are introduced to Sophie and Will Maxwell. Sophie and Will end up falling in love and marrying and moving to Savannah. Sophie is an attorney and joins the family law firm and is introduced to Will's strange family. At the same time, Faith and her family are in Aleford, MA with their own challenges. It's such an interesting and intriguing story of both women's lives. You really cannot guess where it will all end up.
Faith ultimately saves the day for Sophie and Will and I really hated when I finished this book!
Four Stars
I love the Faith Fairchild series
