I’ve always had a love for fitness and spirit, which led me to the link between the two being the mind.

While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduating Summa Cum Laude I started to study mindset and used many of the tools I was learning to open a thriving Chiropractic practice.

My 17 years in practice taught me that the more I believed and the more the patient believed the faster and greater the results. What we think about in the deep recesses of our mind become expressed through our physical reality.

I began to realize a patient believing they would improve, would do so regardless of the diagnosis.

I started consulting and using a tried and true system that has changed my life and the lives of others regardless of their industry or occupation. I share how to build the programs you desire for your life regardless of your current situation or environment.
