One can grow up in an area but not feel connected. Although Carolene Méli was born in New Zealand and raised in Australia, she first felt in her body that she belonged when she went to France and then she felt that sense of belonging even stronger in Spain.

Finding this feeling and traveling around the world led Carolene to wonder: What if this this little café did this or what if this hotel offered that? With these curious questions, her mission was born. Carolene works with people to redefine HOW we connect with each other and how we create experiences around that. She works with leaders and their companies and communities to bring their people together more meaningfully through in-person experiences.
