Edwin Zhao shattered swimming records but swimming taught him more than the freestyle stroke. Swimming taught Edwin about balance and ease. The more he was at ease with his body and the water, the more endurance he had and the faster he would go. This realization motivated him to search for an analogous approach to living and he discovered my company, The Duggan Method. Since then, we have been teaching together and it has truly been a joy to work with him!

We never really think about all that our bodies do for us every second of every day. However, all of our bodies do not work the same. Our bodies are designed by the experiences that we have and what we have experienced in our social climate and cultural practices.
