  Janis Altman is an MA Psychotherapist, Dance Therapist, Published Author, and Life Coach with more than 30 years of experience. She works primarily with young women who are at a crossroads in their professional and romantic lives. By providing individual and group therapy,  based on an individual's goals, priorities, values, and needs, she creates a personalized game plan to support problem-solving and achieve both long- and short-term goals. 
Janis is a published author of Being Naked: a Nine Week Journey Towards Self Awareness, and will be releasing her second book, Being You…Because Everyone Else is Taken, on Amazon in the next few months.
