Today, Sara Best, Registered Holistic Nutritionist is coming to the show. We are going to chat about how you can curb cravings to support your recovery post birth, but also to help with your weight loss journey if that’s what you’re looking for.
As I said, Sara is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Consistency Coach. She is known to many as "the Nutritionist who never talks about food," and she has worked with women around the world through her popular Change Your Brain - Change Your Body program to help them reprogram and rewire the way their brains think about food.
She uses techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, visualization, thought reframing and habit mapping. She helps her clients master brain-based tools that allow them to finally stay consistent with healthy eating habits and self-care.
Sara is also the author of the book, Turning Off the Tap: Overcoming the Real Reasons we Overeat and the founder of the Consistency Coach School.

Today, we are extremely lucky to have Ameya Duprey, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Doula, coming to the show. Ameya shared with us so many tips taken from Ayurveda, that we can apply to help us recover better after giving birth. This is what happens when traditional wisdom mixes up with modern type of care. Today, Holly Leever, Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, and owner of Rosebud Wellness, is coming to the show. We will be talking about how acupuncture and herbs can play a huge role in your postpartum recovery, but also about abdominal massage and how to promote a healthy cycle when you get your periods back.
Holly practices women's holistic health as a licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist as I sais, but also as a Yoni Steam Therapist and Arvigo Abdominal Massage Therapist. Holly became interested in working with women's health after learning how much could be revealed about a woman's overall health by looking at the parameters of the menstrual cycle.
She has continued to study a variety of techniques in order to offer women at all stages of life, from menarche to menopause, the care they deserve. She is especially passionate about working with women in the perinatal time (prenatal, birth & postpartum).
Holly hosts a weekly podcast called Womb Wisdom about women's holistic health practices & birth stories. She is also a mama to an almost two year old daughter (her greatest teacher yet).

Today, Kim Vopni, also known as the Vagina Coach, is coming to the show to talk about midlife, hormone and pelvic health. A topic that is not talked about enough unfortunately and for which we don’t receive education in our 30s and 40s. And that’s exactly what it should be. We should be informed and we ought to know in advance how we can care better for our feminine health as we age and reach new milestones in our women’s lives.
Kim is a powerhouse of information, so listen very carefully because she’s sharing lots of wisdom bits in this episode.
Kim Vopni is a self-professed kegel maven. She is a certified fitness professional who became passionate about spreading information on pelvic health after the birth of her first child.
She is an author, a passionate speaker, and a women’s health educator. Her most recent book Your Pelvic Floor launched in March 2020 and was on the bestseller list since pre-orders launched in January.
Kim is the founder of Pelvienne Wellness Inc - a company offering pelvic health programs products and coaching for women in pregnancy, motherhood and menopause. Kim also certifies other fitness and movement professionals to work with women with core and pelvic floor challenges through her Core Confidence Specialist Certification and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist Certification.

Today I have the pleasure to chat with Sally Hayes, Massage therapist and founder of WISH. Sally and I talked about how postpartum massages can help with your recovery and especially with diastasis recti healing.

In other words, she is truly a powerhouse dedicated to women’s health.
She is passionate about how we as women can utilize the power of self healing to become the best possible version of ourselves. She practices bodywork for all bodies, with a specialized focus in pregnancy and postnatal massage.
