We look at why so many people today seem closed-minded, how social media algorithms and echo chambers make that problem worse, and what happens when we replace assumptions with better information. I share real examples from my own life — including common beliefs about homelessness and about people with wealth — and what I’ve actually observed when those stereotypes meet reality. A thoughtful conversation about information, openness, and the quiet power of simply offering the facts.
