When Josh Walker was 13, he had a boots deal; he captained England through the age groups, he was wanted by just about every big club in England as a schoolboy, turned down Chelsea and made his Boro debut when he was 17. But by the age of 24, he was seriously considering retirement and a surprise move to India "saved his life". Here, with remarkable honesty, Walker tells Dominic Shaw the story of his Boro career.
