You made it you survived summer. You survived the open-house activities. You survived school shopping and the first day of school! Congratulations! But now what? What will you do with what some are calling this "extra time"?

Have you heard about the 4B Movement that started in South Korea? Women in South Korea decided they were tired of being mistreated and patronized by men and declared all heterosexual sexual relationships, marriage, dating and giving birth would end!

This radical feministic movement traveled across the waters and is now the talk on social media outlets like TikTok. I thought I'd bring the topic to the BOSS UP crew so we can talk about it. I will be in the SheShed later this week for even more discussion.

Why am I bringing this to your knowledge? According to some media outlets this movement started due to an increase in gender related crimes, sexual assault that was going unpunished, and income discrepancies. Any of that sound familiar? Women are tired! And now they are fighting back.

Anytime you experience hurt, you must give yourself time to heal! We are often asked "you ain't over that yet" or "you still in pain?" NOBODY gets to dictate how long it takes you to heal.

We would never ask a person that has had surgery those questions! You would give them grace and allow them time to go through their healing journey. Well when your pain is emotional or mental YOU MUST give yourself that time to heal. BUT remember it is a journey; a not so easy journey.
