Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his legal defense team continue to challenge the bomber’s death sentence arguing two of the jurors were biased and should have been stricken from the panel. The First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston has instructed Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. to take another look at the alleged bias of those jurors. However, Tsarnaev’s team wants Judge O’Toole to recuse himself (which the Judge refuses to do) over comments he made about the case on a podcast that the defense says raises, “concerns about his impartiality.” Do you think the bomber should receive the death penalty?
