Shortly before 3pm on April 15th 2013, a series of atrocious events took place that would forever leave a mark on both the city of Boston and the United States, as a whole. On the morning of Tuesday, September 11th, 2001, America was brought to its knees. As the fading summer sun rose over New York City and its many millions of residents went about starting their day, 19 hijackers seized control of four passenger planes and systematically crashed them into each of the two most prominent World Trade Center Towers, The Pentagon, and aimed a fourth for either The Capitol Building or The White House before it’s heroic passengers forced a different outcome. Within moments, the iconic Manhattan skyline was engulfed in flames, smoke, and screams - and the world watched on in horror as the towers collapsed in a devastating cascade of destruction. Though America was broken, a nation was united in mourning the many thousands of lives that were tragically taken in the attacks, with many - including those high in power and persuasion - demanding immediate justice... And revenge.

During a span of almost two decades, Peter Tobin became a human embodiment of horror and hate. With a predatory instinct and pure evil in his nature, Tobin prowled the streets of England and Scotland, preying on the innocent and vulnerable. His crimes, characterised by unspeakable brutality and depravity, paint a chilling portrait of pure horror unleashed upon the country. From his early years steeped in violence and darkness to his calculated and sadistic reign as a serial killer, Tobin's legacy is one of unrelenting horror. His victims, often young women and girls, fell prey to his twisted desires, their lives extinguished in the most gruesome and merciless manner imaginable. As the authorities raced against time to stop his ever changing reign of terror, the true extent of Tobin's depravity was laid bare, leaving a scar on society that has never fully healed.
