Big E & Plotty are joined by David Creed, reporter for the Nantucket Current, which covers ALL things going on related to the Island. Our conversation with David ranged from discussing how the Current has become the main news source for the island and some of the behind the scenes of how it came to be. How High School sports works on Nantucket and why there's a big homefield advantage for the Whalers. Why professional athletes and coaches find their way to the island for retreats from reality (and some fun stories from the Chicken Box) and how recreational sports (Swimming, Surfing, Biking, Running, Pickleball, Tennis, Etc) are huge parts of the community. We also conduct our first lightning round in a while talking best places to watch a game, eat, and grab a drink on island.

It's a BIG ONE for the Boston Sports Bros, our 100th episode has arrived and we have a very special episode looking back at two years of shows and recounting some of our favorite memories and times we've had throughout the course of the show. The Red Sox sweep the Yankees and for the first time all season have some positive momentum on their side as they're 8-2 in their last 10. The Bruins made a trade, acquiring JJ Peterka for 2 first round picks, we discuss his potential impact and other moves that need to be made. In OH-YA/YA-OH we touch on a great Vegas story from a trip last week and reminisce about the famous Golden Temple where the Boston Sports Bros originated and it's unfortunate closing.
