In this weeks episode, we are thrilled to announce a new addition! Nat Buchanan has officially joined us as a Guest Host! Listen in to learn what she'll be talking about and when you can hear from her!

With her wealth of knowledge and experience she brings a unique perspective to discussions everywhere from fertility, to pregnancy to motherhood. As a Doula, Nat believes that knowledge is power, and in the complicated and confusing road to building a family, that knowledge can support families to do what feels right. In her first episode, she speaks to friend & sister-in-law Jamie, who after two C-sections advocated for herself to deliver her third bundle of joy via VBAC.

Jamie is strong and driven and her story of the trauma she experienced with her previous births, motivated her to reflect on what she wanted, and fight for it.

Jamie & Nat have a great conversation about the power of each woman's choice. Not doctors, or medical professionals, they are sharing their experience with the tough stuff and the overwhelming pride that comes from doing your homework and sticking up for yourself.
